Dropcop

Shadowtalk term for an elite police officer, especially a rapid response unit.

Etymology: Originally a local slang term for the Calibrate Shaft Patrol Legion, who use the city's many shafts to provide fast, unobstructed access to most major locations.

As a verb, dropcop implies an unexpected and over-the-top response. (as in the case of Randall Okay).
