Kneecap Man

A Shadowtalk term for any member of a committee who is usually overlooked, but the whole group would fall down without him. The guy who doesn't usually contribute much, but everyone knows he'll speak up to point out a serious flaw in a plan when everyone else has missed it, or is too scared to mention a superior's mistake.
