The most recent world to have its class upgraded, Maveggan was the first class 4 planet in <date>5982</date> but then stabilised at that level until a revolutionary leader made a concerted push for class 5, engulfing the whole planet in construction work from <date>Neo 884 until Mar 879</date>, when their increase was officially recognised.
