Phase

A stimulant created by the Fylings Elite Inquisitorial Corps, Phase was originally developed to increase reaction times in soldiers. However, its distribution to military and law enforcement units also acts as a deterrant, as this drug is known to massively increase aggression and pain tolerance.

Since the Inquisitors were disbanded, the formula has turned up on a number of other worlds - but there have been no reports of illegal use on Fylings itself.
