A company specialising in manufacturing spacecraft, although all its current production models are branded with a new logo simply saying FVC, instead of the older deco-styled Maveggan Made decal.
The company was originally based on Rylands, and was named after founder Harlan Maveggan; however, many customers addressed mail to them on the planet Maveggan, eventually causing 3rd generation owner Wald J Maveggan to relocate their headquarters there.
Most of their general production models are named after characters from TV series Ella of Wordishall, a tradition started by Cairfax Maveggan, who once provided a guest voice for the show.
