An alphabet artificially created by the governments of the United Celtic Fringe, in order to help them establish a unique cultural identity.

By law, public computer systems in the Fringe must have a keyboard using this alphabet. This frequently annoys visitors, who find their 'I' relegated to a symbol character (shift+7), and 'x' apparently missing (although it can be typed by pressing both shift keys and 'k' - which business travellers usually find out sooner or later).
