Bible

The holy book of the Church of Terran Catholicism. It is made up of several books, each of which has a shorter 'common' name, in addition to its official title.

I Leviticus	The Laws according to The Lord	The Temple of the Law was named after this book The laws in this book (97 directives and 224 prohibitions, most no longer relevant) are the oldest part of Ecclesiastical Law.
Genesis	History of the Genesis of the Worlds	The first book to have no temple ship named after it, although some conspiracy theorists maintain that there was once a Grand Temple of the History listed on old timetables
Exodus	Book of the Exodus of the Christians	The Grand Temple of the Voyage was named after this book The 12 Commandments from this book are the core of Ecclesiastical Law, and every citizen is expected to memorise them by the age of 12.
Judges		The Temple of Judgement is named after this book
Esdras	Acts of Pope Esdras	The Temple of Esdras is named after this book
II Leviticus	Book of the Laws of the Angels	The 27 directives and 44 prohibitions in this book are part of Ecclesiastical Law. Many people fail to realise that this book contains a further 3 prohibitions which are not enacted universally into law
Ecclesiastes	The book of Ecclesiastical History	The Ecclesiastical Temple is named after this book
Joel	Acts of Pope Joel III	The Temple of the Acts of Joel (now decommissioned) was named after this book
Zechariah	The Acts of Saint Zechariah	Commonly referred to (incorrectly) as The Acts of Pope Zechariah. It is currently unknown whether the pope and the saint were the same figure. The Temple of Zechariah is named after this book
III Leviticus	The Acts of Pope Levite	Despite the name, this is not actually one of the books of the law. It prescribes 17 directives, but does not make them law.
Timothy	Collection of the Word of Saint Pope Timothy	The Temple of the Word of Timothy is named after this book
Corinthians	Pope Paul's Missives to the Corinthians	This book contains 6 letters written by Pope Paul to the leaders of a Christian sect known as the Church of Corinth, after a small town where they were founded. The planet Corinthian was named after this book, several centuries later. The Temple of the Mission to the Corinthians is named after the mission described in Paul's 5th letter
I Revelation	The Revelation to Pope John	The Temple of the Revelation is named after these books
II Revelation	The Revelation to Pope Advent VII

V Leviticus	The Law according to the popes	This book includes 166 prohibitions, and is part of Ecclesiastical Law
VI Leviticus	The law according to morality	This book is part of Ecclesiastical Law. It includes 91 directives (including 14 previously advised in III Leviticus), and 86 prohibitions, as well as 6 poems.
