Ghostnet mirror

A mirror is a facility found on most class 2 and higher worlds, and is the fundamental basis of the ghostnets. The more technologically advanced a world's infrastructure becomes, the more mirrors it generally needs. The mirror is a large set of computers whose purpose is to cache a certain portion of the world's worldnet. This cache is then upstreamed to a temple ship, which transports it to another world. Each mirror then provides the citizens of the planet with the downstreamed cache of another planet's worldnet, allowing pages from other worlds to be viewed without incurring the cost of an interspace relay communication.
