Dillon Evans

Trained by the upper city police division, Dillon quickly rose within the ranks as a detective. He was briefly assigned to the elite Department for Interdivisional Crime Observation, where he (along with former dropcop Swales Koenig) masterminded the now-famous Operation Valhalla. Had this opperation been successful, it could have meant closing one of Magellan's largest drug-trafficking routes. However, somehow a confusion of information lead to 8 innocent men being arrested, and Dillon was fired as a token gesture by the department, in order to appease the press and calm claims of police brutality.

Following his resignation from the police, Dillon's life has gone downhill almost continually. Founding the Talon Detective Agency allowed him to make a living with the skills he had learned as a police detective. However, the agency became an economic failure after about 846, leading to such desperate measures as Dillon selling his home and living in the new office.
