Justice
Justice was settled by a high-minded puritanical cult, who believed that by carefully screening all settlers for negative attitudes, and by giving every landmark a name to inspire and to be a reminder of their virtuous mission, it would be possible to create a world where both they and their descendants would be entirely free of sin. Two previous worlds founded on this maxim, Discipline and Faith, had both failed.
At present, the level of recorded crime on Justice is slightly above the average for its population. However, supporters claim that this is because in such a moral society, there is no such thing as unreported crime, and the level of recorded crime is certainly less than the total level of crime on any other world.
The system has a star and two rocks, all called Justice. If a distinction needs to be made between the rocks, they can be referred to as Justice I and Justice II. However, residents are more likely to refer to the other rock (and the star) as 'Justice', and the planet they are on simply as 'the rock'.
The outer rock also has a moon, Persephone. There is a small city (with what appear to be empty shops and hotel rooms) and line station on this moon, preserved by hundred year old automated systems. Nobody knows who built it.
